Before you begin

Return requests are for delivered items. Cancellation requests are for items that have not shipped. Available options depend on the eligibility of your order and our return and cancellation rules.

Submitting a request does not mean it has been approved. Please follow the instructions provided after your request is reviewed before sending any items back.
